600 patients served in the eye clinic, with many receiving eyeglasses
49 professions of faith in Christ
350 individuals ministered to by the church pastoral staff
HIMM gives all glory and honor to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for another successful surgical medical mission. We are grateful for His guidance, provision, and blessings throughout this outreach.
HIMM recently completed another successful surgical medical mission in Santiago, Panama. The team was led by surgeons Dr. Carlos Barba and Dr. Enrique Griego, along with a dedicated group of medical volunteers.
The long journey from Panama City Airport to Santiago was well worth the effort, as the team was rewarded with the opportunity to serve many patients in need. Working from dawn to dusk at Hospital Luis "Chicho" Fábrega in Santiago, the HIMM team provided compassionate medical care and life-changing surgical services.
The patients and families served by HIMM were truly a blessing to the team. Their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation deeply touched everyone involved.
HIMM extends its sincere thanks to the hospital staff, hospital administration, and the members of Iglesia Bautista Bíblica Ebenezer in Santiago, Panama. The church played an important role by praying for and assisting the patients and families during their time at the hospital. HIMM was greatly blessed by the kindness, support, and generosity shown by this wonderful group.
Ouanaminthe, Haiti
HIMM in Haiti this surgical medical mission was led by Dr. Juan Padilla all the Glory to God 30 surgeries , Pastor Eddie Luna was the pastor for this team his passion to share the Gospel with all was evident throughout the community of Haiti several Haitians dedicated their heart to Jesus Christ.
Santo Domingo, DR
HIMM in santo domingo was led by team leader Dr. Raul Pena , Dr Pena blessed many giving sight . Dr. Pena has been an inspiration instrumental in using his God given gifts to serve in many medical missions with HIMM! Cutervo, Peru

Uspantan, Guatemala
HIMM in Uspantan Guatemala team was lead by Dr. Annabelle Lopez and Dr. Enrique Griego with much success the team blessed many in the community from surgeries , dental , eye clinic and life births of beautiful babies . Praise be to God for every volunteer, who gave up their time and their skills to serve the beautiful people of this community!
Agua Dulce, Panama
HIMM Serving in Agual Dulce, Panama. Team Lead by Dr. Carlos Barber was blessed to provide surgical procedures to much needed patients. From the medical education teaching to the medical residents by Dr. Griego and Dr. Luis Arango. Many lives were blessed. The eye clinic saw over 500 people! The prayer team, prayed with many to receive the Love of Christ Jesus. The team was so blessed by the Love of all in the community of Agua Dulce, Panama.
Riohacha, Colombia
In La Guajira, a region rich in culture and resilience, the beauty of its people is matched by their strength. It is here that HIMM was deeply honored to serve through a life-changing surgical medical mission.
For Dr. Enrique Griego, this mission was more than a professional endeavor-it was personal.
Having roots in this region, he carried a long-held vision of returning home to give back to the community that shaped him. After a year of dedicated planning, that vision became a reality.
The mission brought together teams in surgical, dental, and ophthalmology care, addressing critical and often unmet medical needs. Many indigenous patients received treatment, healing, and renewed hope. The experience was marked not only by successful procedures, but by moments of profound human connection— stories of resilience, faith restored, and lives transformed.
HIMM continues its commitment to serving this region through annual medical missions, fostering lasting impact and strengthening the health and spirit of the communities they reach.
