Actually, there is plenty for you to do. We actually need auxiliary staff to help triage patients, help with each set up for the surgeries, assist during the some surgeries and countless other items that keep the operation running. The patients need care and a loving heart before, during and after surgeries. Each member of the team is vital to making these trips a success.
